Recommendation
The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution awarding a construction contract for Lake Arrowhead Camp Commerce Pool and Spa Replastering Project to Condor, Inc., authorizing a transfer of funds to cover the project cost shortfall, and authorizing Project Management Services by Transtech Engineers.
