Recommendation
The City Council will consider for adoption a Resolution awarding a construction contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., for the Traffic Interconnect System Upgrades Project; and authorize Transtech Engineers, Inc. to proceed with Construction Management and Inspection Services.
