Recommendation

The City Council will consider to waive further reading of, read by title only and approve an urgency ordinance adopting a citywide Moratorium prohibiting the approval, expansion, intensification, or relocation of any new or existing funeral services and crematory establishments and adoption of permanent zoning regulations for such use and declaring the urgency thereof.
