Recommendation
The City Council will consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding, and Facility Use Agreement between the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles and the City of Commerce, to provide sheltering operations during an emergency or disaster and also provide training to staff who will serve in the shelters.
