Recommendation
The City Council will receive and file report regarding voter-approved Proposition 64, the Medicinal & Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act, additional related state bills and emergency regulations regarding the legalization of commercial medicinal and adult-use cannabis in California and provide direction to staff regarding the regulation of cannabis in the City.
