Recommendation
The City Council will receive and file presentation of proposal by Jaton LLC, and consider for adoption a Resolution approving a Customer Developer Agreement for the purpose of purchasing renewable solar energy through Southern California Edison’s “Community Renewables Program” with Jaton LLC or provide direction to staff as may be deemed necessary.
