Recommendation
The City Council will consider entering into an Agreement with Southern California Edison, who will be using the services of EcoGreen Solutions, to install Light Emitting Diode (LED) Retrofit Lighting Fixtures at various City of Commerce facilities under a combined Southern California Edison On-Bill Financing Program and Government Code for Energy Conservation Contracts.
