Recommendation
The City Council will consider for approval a Resolution awarding construction contract to Excel Paving Company, construction management and inspection to Transtech Engineers, Inc, and geotechnical investigation and material testing to Geo-Advantec, Inc. for the FY 2017-18 annual pavement rehabilitation program.
