Recommendation
The City Council will receive and file a written report describing the measures taken to alleviate the condition which led to the adoption of Interim Urgency Ordinance No. 691 which imposed a Moratorium on the establishment of non-medical Marijuana activities and take appropriate action as deemed necessary.
