An Ordinance Adopting the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County Fire Code -First Reading
Recommendation
The City Council will consider an Ordinance adopting the consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County Fire Code and ratifying the more restrictive building standards contained in the Code, and delegating enforcement of the Fire Code in the City to the Fire Chief; by Amending Section 16.04.010 Of Chapter 16.04 (“Fire Prevention Code”) of the Commerce Municipal Code.
