ADOPTION AND WAIVING OF THE SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15.13 TITLED ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the City Council waive the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 835 (Attachment 1), An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Commerce Amending Chapter 15.13 Titled Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.
