PROJECT ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY 2024-25 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT

Recommendation

Staff recommends the City Council consider adopting a Resolution accepting the FY 2024-25 Pavement Rehabilitation Project as complete, authorizing staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office and authorizing the release of 5% retention per contract provisions to All American Asphalt.
