Title

ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT (ZTA) 26-01 - AMENDMENTS TO THE COMMERCE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD A NEW USE CLASSIFICATION FOR DATA CENTERS AND PROHIBITING THE USE CITYWIDE WITHIN TITLE 19 (ZONING) OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE MUNICIPAL CODE.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Planning Commission consider:

1)                     Adopting Resolution No. PC 26-08 recommending that the City Council adopt ZTA No. 26-01, amending various sections within title 19 (Zoning) of the city of CMC; and finding the amendments are consistent with the CMC and the General Plan; and

2)                     Find the amendments exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
