Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council consider adopting a Resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement with John G. Cataldo A.I.A., C.S.I., Architect Inc. for the Beautification of BNSF/UPRR Bridges Project in an amount not to exceed $1,676,960.
