Recommendation

The City Council will consider for adoption and Second reading, reading by title only, an Ordinance Title 19 (Zoning), Chapter 19.07.070 (Restrictions on Vehicle Parking) of the Commer Municipal Code amending governing restrictions on vehicle parking within the front yard setback No 37889 (“the Village”), and determine that the project is exempt from the California Quality Act (CEQA), and file a Notice of Exemption.
