AGREEMENT WITH CARRIER CORPORATION FOR HVAC IMPROVEMENTS AT BRISTOW PARK AND SNACK BAR

Recommendation

City Council will consider adopting a resolution:

1. Approving a contract agreement with Carrier Corporation, through BuyBoard

National Purchasing Cooperative Contract No. 720-23, for replacement of 12 air-

conditioning units at Bristow Park Community Center and Snack Bar in the amount

of $432,878; and

2. Authorizing up to 15% for contingency and project management services, pursuant

to the City’s existing on-call professional consulting services agreement, in the

amount of $64,932; and

3. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement and related procurement

documents.
