Recommendation
The City Council will consider for adoption a Resolution declaring a vacant residential parcel located at 5440 Telegraph Road known as APN: 6336-23-910, 911, 912, 913, 914, 915, 916, & 920 as Surplus Land, in accordance with the Surplus Lands Act, and authorizing staff to proceed with disposition of the Land in the City of Commerce, California.
