Recommendation
The City Council will consider:
a) Approving a professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the design of the Citywide Fiber Optic Interconnect Installation Project, in the amount of $451,973
b) Approving up to 10% for Contingencies in the amount of $45,197
c) Approving up to 10% for Project Management in the amount of $45,197
d) Authorizing Transtech Engineers, Inc. to proceed with Project Management services pursuant to their existing on-call consultant services agreement.
