Recommendation
The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution accepting Demolition of City Buildings at 5819 Telegraph Rd & 2366 Travers Ave Project as complete, authorizing staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office, and authorizing release of $11,624.41 retention money per contract provisions.
