RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FORMATION OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT 2026-1 (MODELO)

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the following resolutions:

1.                     A Resolution adopting local goals and policies relating to Community Facilities Districts;

2.                     A Resolution of Intention to authorize the levy of a special tax to pay the costs of acquiring or constructing certain facilities and to pay debt service on bonded indebtedness; and

3.                     Resolution of Intention to incur bonded indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $60,000,000 within the proposed City of Commerce Community Facilities District No. 2026-1 (Modelo).
