APPROVAL OF COPIER LEASE AGREEMENT WITH IBE DIGITAL THROUGH SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a 60-month copier equipment lease and related service arrangements with IBE Digital through Sourcewell Cooperatve Purchasing Contract No. 112124-KON, with GreatAmerica Bank, National Association, as equipment lessor, for a base payment of $11,583.85 per month, or $695,031 over 60 months before applicable taxes, usage-based charges, contractual price adjustments, and other additional costs provided for in the agreements, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
