Arts in Public Places Program: Art Installation on 5720 E. Washington Blvd.

Recommendation

The City Council will consider:

•                     Reviewing and approving concept art proposals by two or more artists

•                     Approving an agreement not to exceed $70,000 for the installation of the historical mural on Commerce Way 

•                     Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement approved as to form by the City Attorney with two or more artists for the mural installation on 5720 E. Washington Blvd.
