RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA FRANCHISE TAX BOARD FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE DATA EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Recommendation

Adopt the Resolution approving an agreement with the California Franchise Tax Board for continued participation in the Data Exchange Program for the period of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029.
