Recommendation
The City Council will consider potentially removing the annual $99 Commerce Resident Plus Card to access the Fitness Center, fitness classes, Brenda Villa Aquatic Center, and Youth Travel Sports programs, and allowing/granting access with a valid Commerce Resident Basic Card, which is $7 annually.
