PROJECT ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY 2023-24 PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT
Recommendation
1. Staff recommends the City Council consider adopting a Resolution accepting the FY 2023-24 Pavement Rehabilitation Project as complete; authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office and authorize the release of 5% retention per contract provisions to All American Asphalt.
