Recommendation
Conduct a Special Public Hearing, take public testimony and consider adopting Resolution No. PC 26-11 making a recommendation to the City Council regarding a request for a Development Agreement (BDA No. 26-01) to allow the modification and conversion of a previously approved freeway-oriented on-premise digital sign (“on-premise digital sign”) into a freeway-oriented off-premise commercial digital billboard (“billboard sign”) (“Project”) pursuant to Commerce Municipal Code (“CMC”) Title 19, Chapter 19.25, Division 4, for property located at 6300 Telegraph Road within the Light Manufacturing (M-1) zoning district, and finding the Project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”).
