AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO ACCESS PACIFIC, INC FOR THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING BUS STOP AMENITIES AND INSTALLATION OF CITY FURNISHED BUS STOP IMPROVEMENTS.
Recommendation
Staff recommend that the City Council consider;
1. Adopting a resolution awarding a construction contract to Access Pacific, Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for the removal of existing bus stop amenities and installation of City-furnished bus stop improvements; and
2. Allocating $350,000.00 from Account 57-8338-57010.10149 to cover project cost.
