Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission of the City of Commerce (“Planning Commission”) provide direction on the following:
1) Provide input on the architectural design for the project;
2) Direct staff to prepare a resolution of approval to approve the project;
3) Direct staff to prepare a resolution of denial to deny the project;
4) Continue the project to allow staff and the applicant additional time to revise the building design and elevations to address the Planning Commission’s input; and/or
5) Provide staff with further direction.
