LEGISLATIVE BODY MEETING DISRUPTION AND EQUIPMENT OUTAGE POLICY
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council adopt the Legislative Body Meeting Disruption and Equipment Outage Policy (Attachment 1), in compliance with Senate Bill 707, to establish formal procedures for responding to technical disruptions during hybrid meetings and to preserve public access, transparency, and participation.
