CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (“CUP”) NO. 24-04 TIME EXTENSION - 5401 EAST WASHINGTON BOULEVARD
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Planning Commission consider:
1. Open the public hearing and take public testimony; and
2. Close the public hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. PC 26-07 approving an initial one-year extension for CUP No. 24-04 from February 19, 2026, through February 19, 2027, with authorization for a second year through February 19, 2028, subject to a Planning Commission Consent review in February 2027 and full compliance with the newly added property maintenance conditions of approval, with all original plans and conditions remaining in full force and effect except as explicitly amended herein; and
3. Determining that adoption of the Resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15332, Class 32 (In-Fill Development Projects).
