The City Council and Successor Agency will consider for approval the minutes of the City Council meeting of Thursday, September 9, 2025, held at 5:00 p.m., the minutes of the Special City Council meeting of Tuesday, September 2, 2025, held at 5:00 p.m., and the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, August 26, 2025, held at 5:00 pm.
