The City Council and Successor Agency will consider for approval the minutes of the Special City Council meeting of Thursday, July 31, 2025, held at 10:00 a.m., the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, August 12, 2025, held at 5:00 p.m., and the minutes of the Special City Council meeting of Wednesday, August 13, 2025, held at 1:00 pm.
