Recommendation
The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution approving Plans and Specifications for the Garfield Avenue Median Improvements Project; awarding a construction contract to Superb Engineering, Inc.; authorizing Transtech Engineers, Inc. to proceed with Construction Management and Inspection Services; and approving an appropriation in the amount of $2,029,351.06 from Measure AA.
