The City Council will consider for adoption and by reading the Title only, waive full reading of Ordinance Amending Commerce Municipal Code, Chapter 5.10 (“Use and Sale of Safe and Sane Fireworks”) of Title 5 and adding a new Chapter 16.05 to Title 16 prohibiting the possession, sale, and/or discharge of dangerous fireworks and establishing penalties for violations of Chapter 16.05 (Second Reading)
