Recommendation
The Planning Commission will consider a Variance request to allow the construction of a 10- to 12-foot-high wall around a portion of the perimeter of 6904 East Slauson Avenue, which exceeds the maximum allowable height of 8 feet per Section 19.11.050 of the Commerce Municipal Code, in the City’s M-2 Zone District.
