Recommendation
The Planning Commission will consider a Plot Plan (PPR-2023-12) to allow the demolition of an existing 171,399 square foot structure and allow for the construction of a new 158,917 square foot warehouse/office building on a 7.0 - acre site in the City's M-2 (Heavy Industrial) Zoning district, in conjunction with a Variance request (VAR-24-02) to deviate from the minimum solid waste receptacle and enclosure size requirements from 895 square feet to 532 square feet (“Project”) at 6501 Flotilla Street.
