Recommendation
The Planning Commission will consider for approval Variance No.24-01 to deviate from the minimum lot size requirements and allow the construction of three (3) residential dwelling units on a legal nonconforming lot that has less than the minimum lot size as required for properties in an R-3 (Medium Multiple Residential) Zone at 6942 Watcher Street.
